doin' my best

i quality check everything before shipping, but please expect minor quirks associated with polymer clay items. sculpted items like pretzel and bagel hoop earrings may differ slightly from the images shown. 

materials

all items are made of premium polymer clay. earring posts are hypoallergenic surgical steel, and are secured with glue and uv resin. all earring hooks and jump rings are made of gold-filled metals. i occasionally use colored jump rings or chain made of enameled iron.

care

in most cases, you can clean the surface of your item with a damp microfiber cloth. many of my items use varnish, so i don't recommend using acetone or any other abrasive substances to clean them. 

earring posts and wire hooks can be sanitized with isopropyl alcohol. 

processing

all along is a one-woman show, so please be patient as i carefully prepare and pack your order.

preorder: up to fifteen business days. if your order also contains ready to ship items, they will ship together on this timeline.
everything else: up to seven business days before shipping.

business days are monday through friday and exclude federal holidays.

shipping

i ship domestic orders via usps. (all u.s. orders over $75 ship free!) you'll receive a tracking email when i print the label. please allow a day or two for tracking to update. once shipped, it's literally out of my hands.

returns

i don't accept returns for hygienic reasons. i'd be happy to resolve your issue if you send me an email though!
